Handle connections safely
A removal crew may require a unit to be disconnected first. Ask a qualified professional about gas, hardwired electrical, water, or refrigerant work instead of improvising a disconnection.
Plan the route
Measure doors, stairs, and elevator access. Clear loose objects from the path, but leave heavy moving to people equipped for the job.
Confirm acceptance
Ask whether the provider accepts the exact appliance and how it is handled. Tucson’s municipal Brush and Bulky rules are a separate option for eligible customers and items.
Before you make the request
